What my home means to me

My home isn’t just a roof over my head. My home is where I know I'm safe and loved; where me and my family make memories and jokes. We laugh till our stomachs hurt. We open presents on birthdays and also christmas day and we eat turkey dinner on Thanksgiving Day. I could never imagine a safer place than my home, in my home I know I don’t need to feel uncomfortable or unsafe. I know I can be myself because no one will judge me for being myself and to feel comfortable. When I am at home I feel so safe, I feel like a cub cuddling its mother in a cold cave. And that is what my home means to me.
