My Safe Space

Everyday I come home from school I can smell the wonderful meal cooked by my mom. It smells like Heaven. Then I can read a new story to my baby brother which I do every single day. Then me and my dad watch basketball and eat fruit. Our favourite team is the Lakers. And then we go eat. As soon as I step foot in the door I can smell exactly what my mom is cooking. And I can just hear the laughter while my dad is making funny faces at my little brother and I can hear the sounds of him trying to sound out different words. And then I usually take a hot shower.And then take a nap because I had a long day at school.And then I watch a little bit of tv before my mothers meal is cooked and whenever I breathe in my mouth water from the amazing smell of my mothers cooking. In case you're wondering what I'm watching, I'm currently watching Fallout New Vegas.
