What I Call Home

Home to me is a place where I belong. It's a place where I can hold my stuffie when I am sad and a place where I can hear the tall trees bending with the wind. It's a place where my family cooks my favourite food after a hard day at school. Here my family cheers me up when I am upset, and my brother comforts me when I am afraid or scared when my parents fight, and where friends always encourage me when I need support. Home is a place where after school I am surprised by kimchi or Korean rice cakes laying on the table. At home I feel loved and safe. Home to me is more than just a roof above your head, it's the memories you make that make you happy. Home is my favorite place in the world.
