The Meaning of Home

Home is more than just a home. Home is where I can taste my moms spaghetti, smell the vanilla candles and hold my dads soft hands. Eating dinner, I talk about my day at school makes me feel happy on the inside. Home has a comfortable bed, a warm kitchen and a cozy living room. Home is a quiet space if I feel overwhelmed or just sad. Home is a safe place because my door has a lock on it to keep me and my family safe. This is what home is to me.
