Meaning of home

Home isn’t just a place to rest, it’s a place where promises and secrets are kept, Home is where I learned how to walk and talk, Home is where I had my first word and had my first reward, It’s a place where my old and new memories are made and where I used to play mermaids. Home is a place where I make and bake cakes, It’s where birthdays are hosted and where families are closest, Home is where I smell my mom’s fresh food and it puts me in a good mood, It’s where I let my emotions out and feel my worries melt away like a potion. Home is where I am loved and feel peaceful.
