What Home Means To Me

To me a home isn’t just a place to stay, or a roof over your head. To me a home is a cozy blanket to wrap around me when I'm down. A home is where you feel safe and welcome. When I get home I hear my dog’s nails clicking on the floor,and I smell my moms delicious cooking! In the backyard,I hear the cold wind whistling, as the leaves dance along to the wind! In the night I hear the owls hooting like they were trying to say goodnight! On Fridays me and my family watch movies while eating spicy jalapeno chips! I feel safe in my home and you should feel the same for yours! Thank you habitat for humanity for building houses for those in need!
