Meaning of home

My Home To me, a house is just a building that you sleep in and where you live. Home is something different. To me home is where you grow up and you can be yourself. My home is also where I can feel safe and respected around my family. My family is just as special as our family dinners at the dinner table. We laugh, talk, make memories, and think of new ones to be made. When my mom is in the kitchen, I know that the scents of delicious traditional foods and favourites will soar through the house. The tastes are always filled with history and love. Tastes of my mom’s signature cookies and treats so sweet and packed with love. That is what home means to me. The End
