The Meaning of Home

Home can mean a lot of different things to different people, to me it is a place where I can spend time with my loved ones and have my best and worst moments. Although home is a structure, home is a feeling as well. The feeling of home is safe, calm, hopeful and happy. My home is where I have had my best moments, where I've felt the safest, where I can calm down after a chaotic day, and where I can build up my hopes for my future. I think everyone has heard the saying “home is where the heart is” and it's so true. I believe that home can be multiple places. To me, home is obviously my house, and my school where I earn a free education and spend time with my friends that I might not often see. In the end, home is where I have learned to be me, no matter how many times I may move houses, home will always be in my heart.
