Ruined our Home Afghanistan Was my country Afghanistan was my Home It is gone now my country, my home, my pride Taliban came Taliban killed Taliban destroyed Why, why kill innocent people Why, why destroy well built homes They ruined us Ruined our lives Is power really worth all of this Or does it just make you feel better about yourself, You took away what was Home for us Took our only source of shelter, warmth and love Why, why You Ruined our home A Home means more than just a shelter, it means where you grew up, laughed, cried and felt comfortable. Home is where you would want to be every second of your life. If you wouldn’t want to be at that place every second and you wouldn’t be comfortable, wouldn't cry, laugh or have a special feeling of that place, then it is not your home.
