My Meaning of Home

When you think of a home, you might only picture a 4-wall building as a home in your head, but it’s not always like that. A home can be a source of love and memories, and of course, family! Home can be a place where you belong, and feel safe. And for me, home is a place where I feel calm, and free. My bedroom: a hub of coziness and creativity, is where I find peace whenever I need it, or just to nap! My 2 living rooms: places where you can feel relaxed and Safe, where you can have some alone time, or some family Fridays. That’s what I call home, my dedicated safe zone to protect me from harm and threats, and a place to make memories and to unwind. And like I said, that is what I call the true meaning of home.
