What Home Means To Me

This is what home means to me. Home means you live there, you have memories there, and you feel safe there. A house is someone else's home, but a home is your home. When I am at home I just smell what you are used to smelling everyday. When you are at home you have a lot of memories there. When I am at home I taste chocolate because I eat chocolate everyday at night. When I am at my dads friend's house I don’t feel comfortable and it feels weird, but when I am at home I feel normal and comfortable. When I moved in 2023 I didn’t want to move to a different and smaller house because my old home was so comfortable and big. But when I stayed here for longer I felt more comfortable and it kind of felt better. Home is where you start your life. When you are at home you just know you are there. When you see something you like at home you know you are at home. When you lie down on your bed you know you are at home. When you see your room you know that it is your room and you are at home.I know when I am at home when I wear pajamas and see all my stuffies. I know I am at home when my sister plays with me. This is what home means to me.
