Where I'm From

Where I'm From By: Savannah I’m from dad’s cheesy mac and cheese and mom’s homemade apple sauce to store bought sushi and toasted bagels with cream cheese; from McDonald’s Happy Meals to big Burger King Whoppers. I’m from mom calling me “Savi Baby” to being called “Savi” or “Savannah”; from teasing Samuel about what he does and how he does it to scaring Samuel by sneaking up on him from behind the closet door or dresser. I’m from waking up at 11:00 o’clock to see if Santa came to sleeping in till Samuel wakes me up; from family birthday parties to having friends over for a big celebration. I’m from sucking on my soother and watching “Sesame Street” or “Paw Patrol” to playing on my V.R and watching the N.H.L; from reading small picture books on the deck to snuggling up on the couch with a comic book or chapter book. I’m from skating on my own rink to being on a great hockey team called the “Northeast Eagles”; from playing catch in my small backyard to snowmobiling in my humongous backyard. I am home!
