What is Home?

A home is a place where you can be you, a house is a place where some things seem blue. A home is a place where I hear my family laughing, a house is a place where I hear the floor cracking. In a home I can dream, in a house it’s just clean. In a home I want to play all day, in a house I want to lay all day. In a home the day always stays, in a house the day just fades. In a home I do activities, in a house I don’t see memories. In a home I see the light, in a house I notice the night. In a home I love my bed, but in a house it’s just where I rest my head. In a home my pet is happy, in a house my pet is always napping. A home is filled with joy, a house is filled with toys. A home is warm, cozy, and filled with memories. In a home you may do activities or have sleepovers but whatever you do remember, home is family.
