A house has walls and several halls A home has memories, life’s documentaries A house you can own but can feel alone A home has a meaning, and it leaves you beaming A house can wither away in just a day But a home is steadfast and will always last A house can cause harm like a blazing fire on a farm But a home can heal and give you all the feels A house can tear you down and make you frown But a home can rebuild you, and make you feel brand new The house you can forget, and just be a silhouette But at home stays etched in your brain, and remains the same.
