Warmth and Light

This is home and what it means to me Coming in is like warmth, can’t you see? Every time I come home, I feel so much delight Inside my house, there is a light This light shines more than a little bit It lets me read, laugh and sit In my heart, it belongs to me Warmth at home is where I’ll be The walls right here may block some stuff Without them, we may get overwhelmed, but with them, it is enough All kids deserve a home like above A place wherein they will feel true love In here, I am never alone To this place that we call home
