What Home Means to Me

To me, the most special things at home are not what you can see, the things that make a home a home are things like family. When I think of the word “house” I think of bricks and stone, When I think of the word “home” I think of never being alone. A house is built with windows and floors, but a home is built with welcoming doors. When I think of a house, I think of ceilings and tiles, but when I think of a home I think of happy smiles. Home is a place where I can truly be me, it’s a place to be weird, happy and free. A home is built with joy and laughter, everyday at home is a whole new chapter! Here is something I will always remember: a house can be broken, but a home will last forever.
