What Home Means to Me

Adrina Harrison Public School Grade 4 Home means happiness, love, kindness and family. Home means love and giving. If I didn't have a house, I couldn't be protected by the wind and rain. In my house, I'm safe. Home makes me feel cozy and warm. If I didn't have a house I couldn't sleep. Home doesn't always mean a house, it could also mean friends, family and pets. Even though my house is not a castle, or a mansion, I am still very grateful for my house. At least I have a roof on top of my head and I appreciate my house and I love every part of my house. It makes me feel happy and safe. Not many people can buy their own house. I am very grateful and happy that I have a house. And a house means shelter. Home brings me peace and happiness. And it doesn't have to look nice from the outside, what's inside a house makes it beautiful. I love my house. I appreciate it very much and I am very happy that I even have a house. Not many people have a house to call their home, and I am very grateful.
