Meaning of Home

What does a home feel like? Well, a home could feel entirely different to everybody. If a home felt the same to everybody, a home wouldn’t be unique at all. When I moved into my new house I could barely see myself living there, but after a while, I started to get used to it. I started to like it, and after a while, I started to wonder what homes would be like to other people. Well… having your family in a house is one thing, but creating family memories in it is a whole different story. Do you have siblings? Well I do, and I still remember the day she was born. After that day, my family was complete, but that wasn’t it. There were still times me and my sister fought and times when me and my sister played together. But it wasn’t just memories with my sister. There were memories with my parents, my grandparents, my aunts and uncles, and my cousins. There were times when I flew to Africa to meet them and trust my word, it was awesome! The times when I went to meet them, we had barbecued chicken and mango popsicles. Even if I couldn’t go to see them, I still could do memorable things like playing video games with my dad, baking cookies with my mom, and going out with my friends to places like Booster Juice or other amazing places, and when I can't go with them, I usually smell the yummy delicious food my mom cooks! I always run to the kitchen, and once we all sit and eat together, we have quality time. Wow, that was long, basically what I’m trying to say is that my family is my home.
