A Home or a House?

There's no other place like home,home is family, a place, a song. A house may be dirty, a mess, not clean but a home is where there's fine memories. A house might dwell with sickness, full of pain that can swell, but a home is where we can get through it as well. A house is where the silence grows but a home is where you can hear my dogs bark GROW! A house is a place where no one will care that you're here but a home is where love and warmth fill the air. A house is where you can't catch a break but a home is where you can dream in solitude after a long long day. A house is where it smells funky and weird but a home is where the smell of my parents' love and embrace fills the air. A house is where we sit on our phones all night but a home is where me and my family talk and wrestle all night long. A house is where if you get in trouble you’ll never be forgiven but a home is where even if your parents are driven and mad but will still cheer you up when you're sad. A house is where you put yourself to bed but a home is where my parents will ALWAYS tuck…me…in. Thank you habitat for humanity for being selfless through and through and trust me we all love you!
