What Home Means to Me

Home is somewhere where I can spend time with my family and play in my backyard. I can also celebrate birthdays, New Years, Christmas and more. Let me tell you more! Home is not just a building. Home is where I help my mom and dad. Also, we can plan future activities like vacations. On New Year we have so much fun. Sometimes we go to my cousins cottage and celebrate with them. Creating this environment is what makes me feel at home. There are so many other activities that we do together that make me feel like I’m at home. We watch movies and play board games. We also like to eat popcorn when we are watching movies. Home is where there is peace, love, and warmth. It is where my dad cooks yummy food and my mom makes delicious salads. Home can be a tent, a car, or a little house. A house doesn't need to be big. It can be a house or an apartment. I would still be very happy to have shelter so I am protected so I am not in the cold. That is what home means to me .
