The Meaning of Home

When I think of home I think of my family, love, and laughter. Normally people think about video games, bed, and food and I do not get it. Do people just not care? I love the sounds when I come back from school. The sounds of cooking, my dog barking and my family laughing. I will always miss the memories I have with my family. I will always miss them and love them no matter what. My favourite memory we have had is a tough one but if I had to choose, I would say the one time we went on a cruise to the Dominican Republic. It was fun because we went swimming, zip lining and other fun stuff. My favourite thing about my dad is also tough but I would say how protective he is. Sure, it can be annoying, but it shows how much he loves me and cares for me. My favourite thing about my mom is a tough one but it would be how loving she is. She is always there for me when I'm sick, she gets me my soup or anything I need.
