Home and It's Love

Hello, I'm Sophia. My home has a fresh fragrance when I come in after school. When I walk through the door, my furry, fuzzy, cat runs over, greeting me. I go upstairs and get some kibble for my cat, Selly. I head to the living room, where I see my mom. She's sitting down, and my baby sister is crawling around. My mom says, ¨Hey Soph, how was school?¨. ¨It was good.¨ I reply. When it's time for food, I come into the kitchen. I smell all different kinds of aromas. The smell is strong, it wafts in the living room. For supper, I'll have some scrumptious pasta. When I take a bite, I taste the ketchup. The bathroom is organized, all of the things have a place. When I put liquid soap on my hand, I feel it dripping on my skin When my baby sister is put to her snuggly bed, she is lying down, all cozy. When my baby sister wakes up, I go upstairs to get her. My room is amazing, it's got a portrait of my first drawing. The drawing is of my mom, my dad and I. My room has a lava lamp, and a lot of adorable stuffies! My door has this pouch that I use to hold most of my stuffies. I lie down on my comfy, soft, bean bag chair, with a blanket and read some books. The basement is unique. It’s unique because we have a projector, We have a PS5, and my dad’s office is in the basement. The attic, no one has gone in there. It's dark and spooky. A home is not just to rest. It's where you feel welcomed, loved and treated with guidance and respect. Everyone deserves a home.
