My Meaning of Home

The meaning of a home to me is important, it’s not just some place that’s an empty joyless box. To me, a home is a place where love and kindness is made, like building memories with my family. A home is different from a house. House’s are places where you may live, but there isn't love or memories there. Everyone in the world needs a true future home where they can create their own future to love and respect. A home provides space for a family, even if you share a room or have a big family with less space, it makes more availability for more memories. Special memories. A home has more comfort, it should be a place where you can always feel safe and never scared. It should be a place of welcome and always special to you. Moving from many different towns and saying goodbyes to great friends can be hard for people. Everyone should have a home, where they can play with their friends and be happy. If you DO live in a home, maybe go help others find their future home. Even donating to places near you can be helpful. Anything to help others is the way to a world where everyone has a home. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for building a safe place to live for people in our community that don’t have a house to call their home.
