What a House and Home Mean to me

A house to me is a place. It is a house number, a building, a structure. It has windows and a roof. It is a shelter. A home is where you live and sleep. Where I feel nice and warm in my bed. Where I have a special blanket and my stuffed animals in my bed. Home to me is where I grew up. My home is peaceful and warm. My home has my Mom, Dad, siblings. It sometimes has my friends, cousins, auntie, uncles, grandparents when they come for my birthday party. I can feel safe, loved, and comfortable in my home. I can relax, play games, read, eat and have fun in my home. I love my home and my family.
