What Home Means to Me

Home is way more than a house in a neighborhood.A home to me is a place where I feel loved, respected and cared about. To me, home is a place that we make joyful and unforgettable memories. A home to me is a place that I can go to no matter what even if I am mad or even sad. In my opinion I am really grateful to have a home because some kids don’t have a home to go to everyday. I am also very grateful to have a home because before I was born my mom was working more than ten hours everyday and my mom got very little pay. My mom did this while she was in college just so we can move to Canada and have a home here. Home to me is a place where I can be myself and not be embarrassed. Home to me is a place where I can celebrate traditions like Diwali with my family. Home to me can be anywhere the only thing that makes a home a true home to me is Family, moms cooking and love. This is what home means to me and why I am very grateful to have a home with loving parents.
