What Is a Home

A home is where you share joyful and depressing memories. It’s where you have holidays with family and friends. It’s going to new places but still having a place to come back to. A home is where you can truly be yourself without judgement. It’s your place where you feel safe. A home is not four walls and a roof. It’s a special feeling that can’t be taken away from you. A home is where your imagination can run wild and free without stopping for a break. It’s those endless board games that we play downstairs or on the kitchen table. A house has windows and doors, but a home has your name in fabric on your door. It’s the endless hours playing video games and watching television. A house is fine, but a home is so much better.
