What Home Means To Me

To me, home means where you make memories with family and friends, where laughter is vibrant, and joy is spreading. My mom’s songs are heartwarming, like Nutella on toast to me. I can hear my brothers laughing through the walls. My home is quiet and peaceful, where I feel honored and supported, and every corner is filled with love and endless warmth that fills the room. Home is a haven and a comfort zone where you can relax and sleep on clouds. My name is Rehabot. I am from Eritrea. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for helping others who don’t have homes when they move to Canada.
