What Home Means to Me

Home to me, feels like a warm day while the wind blows The jar of love from my family overflows Outside so bright the sun glows, and trust me it shows My family is always listening In the winter the snow is glistening With my family we go out to sled At night we go to bed The roses my dad bought for my mom so red, “I love them” she said I never thought it would be so hard to leave my home before I moved here The new house so clear My friends so near Always full of cheer Home to me isn’t just a door and walls and clothes, it’s all the memories we share together.
