What Home means to Me

Home is a place where I feel good, when I’m home I feel understood. Sometime I want to stay in bed, but then I realize, for this home I get fed. So I work hard for myself, and my father that works away in Guelph. My mom is know for therapy, she helps people live more happily. Home is a place where I open my heart, we spread chores equally, and I play my part. I clean my room, where I can bloom. My friends come over, an we have some fun, we play laugh, and run. In the end we're all worn out, but spending time with them is what it’s all about. Home is a happy space, and a welcoming place, I like to call it my base. A home is a dome, it is also a calm zone. Home is full of love, it makes me feel like I’m high above. My room is like my island. I can sit back, relax and drink some water. But some people don’t have what I have, not even a quarter. I appreciate my home, some people don’t… Do you appreciate your home too?
