My Home is Your Home

My Home Is Your Home A home cannot have only One resident, it must also have friends of yours and your family too. The doors must be bustling with feet. Hallways must be full of noise, friendly conversations, Business calls, maybe even arguments. The kitchen with smells of Thanksgiving Dinners. Roasted Turkey, Gravy and Mashed Potatoes and Apple Cider. Living Rooms must be chock-full of eyes watching the Friday Football match. Carpets covered with the dirt from everyone's feet stepping on it. Bedrooms defined by the snores of sleepy children. A home is not just a house, it’s a thought, a feeling, a warmth in your heart, with lots of space for more. The feeling of home is a feeling of treasureness, a place of foreverness. There might be hate, but there’s always forgiveness in your hearts. There might be chaos and armageddon, but there’s always the aftermath of it all. A home can be a house, but it’s usually a place in your heart, where you rest precious memories in your personal private storage. Even in the coldness of the Winter, the hotness of the Summer, the okayness of Spring and Autumn, A home will still be a home. People in their homes are comforted by warmth, both physically and mentally, created by the hearts of other people and themselves blazing on, forever.
