The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home to me is a place to feel love and compassion. I love my home because I have a big fluffy dog that loves to snuggle and sleep with me. She also loves playing in the snow with me. Home is a place where you have family and friends. I’m so happy to have a home because one, it’s very cold outside right now. A home is a place where you make memories. For example, one of my best memories is when my family and I were playing Mario Kart and were having a lot of fun. Home is a place where you feel comfort which could be a bed or clean clothes. There is a big difference between a house and a home. A house is the walls and roof, and a home is a positive place, a place with food, water, and a place where you feel safe. This is why I think that everyone should have a home and Habitat for Humanity is trying to do that, so thank you Habitat for Humanity.
