What Home Means to me

What does Home mean to me? Home is not just a house that is filled with people; it's a place where people are loved and happy together. Home is like a warm soft blanket that wraps around you when you're feeling down. Smell is another immense part of what home means to me. Whenever I walk into my living room my dad fills the kitchen with aroma, especially with delicious pancakes in the mornings. My mom usually helps cook the delicious pancakes with my dad. Hobbies are a large part of what home means too. Hobbies can be fun most of the time like mine, that's why they're special. Hobbies can be at home sometimes too. My favorite hobby is hockey. It keeps you energized. Last but not least, sound. There are sounds everywhere at home they can be peaceful,loud or quiet. Sometimes you can hear wood cracking in the wood stove and the birds chirping peacefully at dawn. This is what a loved and happy home means to me.
