What is Home

Home, it is more than just walls and a roof. A home is where I share memories and moments of love. Home brings me feelings of peace, joy, and confidence. I feel at peace when I'm curled up on the couch with a cozy blanket hugging me like a bear. Eyes glued to the TV. I am peaceful when I'm sleeping in my warm bed. I feel joy when I am sitting around the kitchen table and my dad makes a funny joke. I am joyful when my mom shows me pictures from when I was young. I feel joy when I play with my siblings as happy as a kid in the candy store. I feel confident when I know I can trust my family. I am confident becauseI know I am loved by God and my family. In conclusion, a house is made of walls and beams, but a home is made with love and dreams.
