What Home Means To Me

Home is where I live, love and learn. It is a place where I am supported by my family and my relatives. My home is a safe place for me and my family. My home has my belongings such as my toys, clothes and soft pillows on my bed. Around my home are things I can make memories with such as my toy train. It was my first toy when I got to Canada. When I come back from a long day of school I feel safe and happy. In summer I like to ride my bike in the front yard and play with my friends. In fall I make leaf piles and jump in them. In winter I like to go sledding with my friends. My favorite memory is when I was blowing candles on my second birthday. When I move to a new home I will make lots of new memories. This is why I think I am very lucky to have a home. I hope one day everyone will have a place to call home too.
