My Meaning of Home

To me the meaning of home is chilling in the basement watching Bob's Burgers because I get to be in the zone and most likely be alone while my brother is on the computer (or in the basement too) as the rest of my family is doing who knows what, and who knows where. To me the basement is my home, and I like the basement because 1 It's darker and apparently colder than the rest of the rooms and 2 I can do a lot of things from chilling and watching Bob's Burgers to building a crazy fort which I never do for some reason (probably because I'm too busy watching Bob's Burgers to make one). To me these things are important because if I can't chill and watch Bob's Burgers then I can't relax, I have no reason for why it's important to not know where my family is, but either way it's good to not have to know where they are 24/7. The basement being darker and apparently colder is just apart of my preferences, I prefer darker and colder rooms. I like having the freedom of being able to do anything in the basement because I do weird things sometimes. I also like the basement because unless someone's having a friend over it's usually just me and possibly my brother in the basement, and that's important to me because I prefer being alone, and when I'm watching a show (usually Bob's Burgers) I absolutely like to be alone so no one could possibly speak over the show. Also the TV remote doesn't always work right away, and that helps build patience.
