Home is Mine and It's My Own

Home can be many things. Home can be big, and home can be small. We make memories at home, whether it's a birthday with loads of fun, to a small joke your parents or grandparents made. Either one home is the BEST! Home is cozy and warm, especially in storms. Although a long time ago some people were taken away from their homes, and were sent to a special working camp called a concentration camp. At the concentration camp, it was not so cozy and warm. It was well..more dark and gloomy. These people were sent on trains to go to the concentration camp, which was very far away from their family. At the end, after working day, and night for quite a while, they finally got to go home. They finally got to go to a home that was cozy, and fun, to a home that would make them feel safe, and to a home they would call their own. My great-grandparents were some of those people, and although it was tough and a very sad time, they knew that home was waiting for them and that they would soon get to go home. Habitat for Humanity gives those homes that are fun, warm, and cozy to people who are going through tough times. And then they too can have an amazing home that they can call home.
