What Home Means to me!

What makes a house a home? Firstly, home reminds me of my family’s cheerful laughter when family comes over and when one of them says something funny.When my family laughs it reminds me of being cared for and loved. Secondly, every Saturday I smell my mom’s yummy cooking and it makes me hungry.It also reminds me of how many burns she gets and how much energy and love she puts into the food to give to her family and it makes me want to help her when she cooks. Thirdly, when I am tired and I want to sleep, I go to my room and I see my cozy bed and it makes me grateful that I have a bed.My bed keeps me warm during winter, it helps me have a awesome sleep, and sweet dreams It helps me get prepared for the next day. Fourthly, on a hot summer day when it’s hot and everyone is sweating ,to cool down I reach in the freezer and grab a grape flavored frozen popsicle .It tastes like a grape! I devour it in seconds.Once it is finished, I feel satisfied! Sixthly, a home is a place you live and it makes you feel loved, cared for and grateful.It is a place where you’re with your family and good vibes are flowing.
