What Home Means To Me

Home to me is wherever my family and pets are. I feel safe, protected, respected and loved so very much. When I am feeling sick, or sad, home brings me the most comfort. It is where I am able to express my feelings freely. Home is where I smell my favourite foods cooking. Home is where I invite friends to have fun and share all my favourite things with. Home is a place where it’s okay to make mistakes. I have lived in the same home, with my family, for my entire life so far, and I wouldn’t ever trade it for a bigger or fancier home. Everything about my home is perfect to me. I love the memories built with my family here, and living in the country is my favourite thing as there’s so much to do & explore outdoors. I never get bored for long when I’m at home. I am so grateful for my home. Everybody deserves a place to call home and feel loved.
