What Is My Home?

My home is full of laughter, Never melancholy after, My home has family, that can’t be made at a factory, At home, my mom cooks me soup with fresh celery, I love my home, and it is my shelter. I feel safe at home, I know I am not alone, With my family and friends, My peers to guide me home, Every home is different! My home has a fresh aroma, Lacking any unfamiliar scent, Familiar to me, But might not always be! Others also have homes, Not only a single community! My home has love, joy and music, My home is like a marshmallow, hard and crunchy on the outside, Soft and gooey on the inside, I love my home! Thank you, Habitat for Humanity for letting us write and get a chance to make a poem!
