Hopeful Home

Hello, my name is Sean. I would like to share what my home means to me. It's a big thing in my life because it was my home that shaped me and made me who I am now. And this is very important to me because when I grow up, I want my future kids to have the same experience that will help them in the future. I hear, I taste and love my home because of the memories I have made with my family. There is my favourite pasta that my mom makes, the chicken cutlet that my dad prepares every once in a while and the jokes my brothers make and the fun times we have spent playing video games. Because I want to make more memories, I always spend a lot of time with my family, relatives and friends. I ask my family to remember the fun times that we have shared. The laughter we enjoyed and the tears we shed with one another. When I am sad, I think of the little things I have shared with my family and friends that made me happy. The time and place and the details of the memories always make me smile. And that is a lot for me to say because I moved from Toronto to Niagara Falls three months ago. My new house is amazing and I am enjoying every part of it. Even though I miss my friends in Toronto, I got new friends here in Niagara Falls. One thing I can say is, no matter where I move, as long as my family or the people I love are with me, I will be the happiest kid in the world. A home is not a home without the love from the people you love most, your family. My family is what makes my home a hopeful home.
