The Meaning of Home

Home is a place to sleep, have shelter and to be warm and comfortable. Home makes you safe and protected. Home is a place to have fun with my siblings. Home is a place to eat and drink. Home is a four wall building that protects me from danger or rainy and snowy weather. When I come home from school, I smell the delicious food that my mom made. To me home is a museum full of pictures and artifacts. To me home is a place full of stories. Home is a place with love, laughter and memories. Home is a place where I can celebrate traditions with my family and friends. My home reminds me to be kind, happy and helpful. By Ahmad Karim
