Home is Not a Building

Home is not a building. It is a place of laughter, love and family. I come home on Fridays and make popcorn to watch a movie with my family. We get cozy under the blanket and watch movies. My home feels cozy, safe and warm. I belong to my home and I fit in. My mom cooks yummy dinner and washes the dishes. My dad helps me practice hockey in the driveway for my games. My brother helps cheer me up when I had a bad day. When I walk into my family or friends house it doesn't feel as special as my home. I could never have a better family in my home.
