My Home is a Part of my Heart.

When I am at home I feel safe. At home I can be myself. Home smells like a fresh batch of Mom’s chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven. If my house were a food it would be brownies hot fresh out of the oven. Home is when I feel sad, I can go to my room and hug my teddy Sheepy, then I feel better. My teddy feels like a warm soft blanket. Home is a place where you feel protected and it never feels scary. You feel like you can do anything you want to do. Home is getting ice cream on a hot summer day, it's so special. Every second a new memory is being made, when my brother and sister are in the house. Our time together sounds like a stampede. I can get mad but I'm able to calm down in the safety of my home. My mom takes very good care of me. I am always warm, comfortable and safe.My home is a loving, caring place that I own. I feel, loved, cared for, and safe. My home is a part of my heart.
