The Meaning of Home

Home is where you have your personal belongings and your family. You feel loved in your home and you feel welcomed, happy and safe. You have fun, games, and laughter in your home. A house is just a structure that is someone-else’s home. Home is where you have photographs, memories, traditions, and gatherings. A home is your home. My home is special because I have my dog, my family, and my personal belongings there. I feel loved, grateful, happy, and respected there. I love my home! My favourite part of my home is my bedroom because it’s where I feel happy, calm and free. I can relax there and love to jump in my bed and get cozy. Everyone needs a place for their family and pets. Kids should have a home to play games in and have fun in. Your home is what you do to make it more than a house.
