The Meaning of Home to Me

The meaning of home to me is the sweet smell of rice cakes and the joy of laughter with a mouth full of rice cakes. I love baking Korean rice cakes with my mom. When we bake, we eat the leftovers that we used for the rice cakes and my dad sometimes says that we want the dough to be gold because we want it to be yummy! I love eating Korean honey rice cakes with my family. My parents always let me and my brother eat first. On Lunar New Year in Korea we wear a Hanbok (a pretty dress) and bow to our elders and celebrate while eating golden honey rice cakes. This is the true meaning of home to me.
