Home is A Place

If home was a touch it would be a fluffy, cozy blanket by the fire. If home was a taste it would be the hot chocolate on the coldest winter days. If home was a smell it would be the smell of foamy, milky whipped cream. If home was a sound it would be the crackling fire by the comfy, soft chair. If home was a vision it would be like cotton candy mixed with chocolate. Home is a place to feel safe, to belong, to have fun. Home is a place to feel calm and active to spend time with my family. I'm grateful for my house and everything in it. I'm grateful to have a roof over me and walls around me. I think everybody should have a shelter, a roof over their heads. Home is a place to laugh, play, sleep and to wake up. Home is a place to feel good.
