What does Home Mean to Me?
Snowflakes fall down from the sky.
I run up the stairs, onto the porch.
I rush in the door.
My family is inside.
I am grateful for my mom’s smiling face.
We chat by the fireplace.
I glance out the window.
It looks cold outside.
I think about the people that are alone tonight.
I am thankful for my house that keeps me warm and safe.
