This is What Home Means to Me

I love my home. It is very cozy and loving. And one thing I love is that I can dance whenever I want. I have a puppy and I love my puppy. I feel like when I am sad he cuddles with me. And I can sleep without being worried and I know that my home is safe. I like my home because it is in a safe neighborhood. I’m appreciative that I have a home and I am with my family. I’m glad that I have running water and electricity for heat and light. I am grateful that I have toys to play with and a lot of room to stretch and practice my dance. My home is full of love with the food we enjoy together at dinner time. I am grateful that we can all pray together in my home. My home is a place I enjoy going to after school when I’ve had a hard day. It makes me feel happy and I love getting cozy in a blanket after a long week of school and dance. We enjoy games together as a family on the weekends. Home is my safe and happy place to be. I love how I can cook with my mom and make cookies and other treats cause I love food. I like to wake up every morning and know that I am in a safe place and to cuddle my dog every morning. I’m glad that I have a home and I am so grateful that I have a great family. My home means more to me than a place to live. My home is my safe place and I am so grateful that I can share happiness with my family in my home.
