There is no place like home!

There is no place like home. A place where you're never alone. A place where you can cuddle up and get warm. A place that's comfy and warm. Even though a house may have fancy furniture and big living rooms. My home holds more memories than nobody could ever know. The moments with people I will never forget. The funny times where we would laugh so hard that we couldn't stop. Home is more than me playing tug a war with my dog and snuggling my cat. Home puts a roof over my head, and that's why we are able to do that. Home is where I help my mom pack mine and my brother's lunches and write a sweet note to my brother filled with love. Home is where me and my brother have sleepovers in his room and then make my mom read us a long story. Home is where I smell the food my mom makes.And then me and my brother yell “me first” and dish up. Home is where we celebrate every family member's birthday and then play our favorite board game. Home is where we have all the holidays and then cuddle up to watch a movie with popcorn and treats. Home is a great place. It doesn't need to be perfect, all it needs is family and people who care.
