The Place I Call Home
A home is where you feel loved and safe. A house is where you wake up and go to sleep. While some people think a home means a place where you live, others may think home is a place where you feel cozy and loved.
A house can be destroyed but a home is unbreakable. I feel at home when I’m with my family and friends. Home is where you make happy memories with family. A house can be a cardboard box, but a home is a feeling of happiness.
You can feel at home wherever you are, whether you are at your house, in another province, or across the world, but whenever you are with your family that’s when it feels like home. A home could be making memories with family or just an escape from the loud and noisy world.
But I promise, whenever you feel at home, nothing can ever take that feeling away.
That is what home means to me.
